MANILA TO THE PALMS:​

                    There are two ways to commute from Manila to The Palms..



VICTORY LINER PASAY OR CUBAO TERMINAL TO THE PALMS
 
 

1. Catch a Victory Liner bus bound to Iba or Santa Cruz, Zambales, and get off at San Narciso Town. Travel time: 4-5 hours. Fare is between ₱270 and ₱360, depending on which part of Manila you’re coming from. Get off at San Narciso Town’s bus stop.

Take a tricycle to Ramos St., Purok 1-A, Brgy La Paz. Travel time: 5 minutes. Fare: P60-80 if you’re alone; ₱30-₱40 per person if you’re part of a group.

  1. Catch a Victory Liner bus bound to Olongapo, and get off at Victory Liner’s Olongapo Terminal. Travel time: 3-4 hours. Fare is between ₱200 and ₱360, depending on which part of Manila you’re coming from.
  2. Catch a Victory Liner bus bound to San Narciso, Zambales. Travel time: 40mins – 1hour. Fare is between ₱80 and ₱120. Get off at San Narciso Town’s bus stop.
  3. Take a tricycle to Ramos St., Purok 1-A, Brgy La Paz. Travel time: 5 minutes. Fare: ₱60-₱80 if you’re alone; ₱30-₱40 per person if you’re part of a group.

CLARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO THE PALMS:​

The nearest commercial airport is Clark (Diosdado Macapagal International Airport). From here, San Narciso is roughly only 3 hours away.

 

  1. Ride a shuttle to Dau Bus Terminal.
  2. Ride the bus to Olongapo. Travel time: 1.5 hours. Fare: P140.
  3. Ride another bus to Narciso, Zambales. Travel time: 40mins – 1hour. Fare: ₱80 – ₱120.
  4. Take a tricycle to Ramos St., Purok 1-A, Brgy La Paz. Travel time: 5 minutes. Fare: ₱60-₱80 if you’re alone; ₱30-₱40 per person if you’re part of a group.

Our “Family Suite” with Balcony is our only unit that has a Kitchenette inside. Guests can cook inside this unit & grill at the Balcony. Rather than that, all our rooms are bedrooms. Unfortunately, we don’t have common area for cooking.

Yes. 1 pet per room is allowed to stay for free. If you wish to bring more than 1 pet you are required to pay ₱500.00 per pet.

Guests are required to pay corkage fees when bringing food and drinks to the Rooftop Bar. However, outside food and drinks are allowed to be brought inside the rooms.

Yes. Kids, 7 years old and below are free of charge.  ₱450.00/head extra charge for kids that are 8 years old and above, this comes with complimentary breakfast.

₱450.00 per Extra Pax (8-17/yo)

This comes with extra floor mattress and complimentary breakfast.

No. We only offer room accommodations.

If you need a room, you’ll have to check our Room Rates & pay per night. If you just need to chill at the bar and use the pool, 450.00/head consumable on foods and drinks.

Check-in time is 2:00pm & Check-out time is 12nn.

Early Check-in requests are subject to room’s availability. We can only confirm this on the same day of your check-in. Charges may apply.

You may drop off your luggage at the front desk or wait at the rooftop bar if room’s are not available yet.

This will depend on the room’s availability, if it’s available we allow late check-out, charges may apply.
